Our operation includes a fleet of logistics, carrier containers throughout the United States of America that move hundreds of millions of tons of bulk material.
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to help maintain relationships with the customers we have and develop relationships with those we don't. Our staff of experts in every position throughout our company ensure that every customer's expectations are met through professionalism in every interaction.

Key Roles / Responsibilities
•Primary
objective is to maximize earnings by concentrating on sales activity.
Explore new market opportunities and make sales presentations with the
intent of gaining new business and assist customers in reaching their goals.
Establish rapport with customers and know, and understand their business.
Review accounts frequently to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Gather
pertinent information, required authority, communicate with supervisor
as necessary, and negotiate agreement with potential customer.
•Establish
relationships with Docks and Terminals personnel.
•Collect
information from fleets/docks/customers, and communicate that information
for improved marketing and operations decisions.
•Know
the capabilities of the company in order to enhance the service provided.
•Communicate
developments that will affect earnings or the timely movement of all containers.
•Review
accounts and maintain communications with the Dispatch group, to discuss
issues and problems with all accounts.
Excellent benefits, company paid expenses, and bonus opportunities. Territory is Ohio River Basin, including Cleveland OH, PA, WV, New York City and NJ.
Requirements
•8-10
years of related experience.
•Candidates
have typically obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Sales
or Marketing) or Transportation, Logistics or applicable field of
study.
•Dispatch
experience with an excellent understanding of the transportation industry
is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must
possess high level of communication and interpersonal skills, the ability
to ask questions and listen attentively, and feel comfortable in face to
face situations, and the ability to work with and understand mathematical
concepts and be detail oriented. Previous sales experience is required.

to work additional hours to meet project deadlines

We are seeking a sales professional experienced in developing and selling design build / infrastructure projects to utilities and end user clients. Past experience in selling capital water and waste water treatment equipment within a GLOBAL TERRITORY to end users will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the market strategy / Channel in different regions, managing direct sales and marketing activities to achieve sales and profit goals, participating in design strategies and recommend sales programs to set short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluating and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume; recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Travel will be required. Sales territory will be global.
Skill Sets:
•Develop
the market strategy/channels, generate sales leads for the allocated territory
and meet/exceed Sales Goals.
•Promote
products and services in assigned territory and in particular our differentiated
Thermal Evaporative solutions, recycle/reuse, Zero liquid
discharge technologies and SWRO. On the job training is provided for these
specific technologies.
•Organize
presentations to introduce new technologies / concepts.
•Update
customers of any new technologies and systems introduced by the company.
•Maintain
extremely good relations with key and primary accounts in the allocated
region.
•Effectively
manage, supervise and guide sales representatives in assigned territory
and ensure the territory is well covered.
•Provide
technical support to key clients in assigned territory including pre-bid
support, budget estimates. Firm proposals will be generated at headquarters
or at one of the subsidiaries.
•Play
a lead role in deciding the bidding and winning strategy for firm proposals
in conjunction with process and mechanical engineering group. Knowing client
preferences and competitive information plays a key role in winning the
project.
•Ensure
presentable and complete proposal is prepared prior to submittal.
•Effectively
and efficiently organize the turnover of orders to the projects department.
•Ensure
quality of the sale and timely closure of all technical and commercial
issues associated with the sale.
•Engage
in resolving post contract technical and commercial issues with the customers
as may be required from time-to-time by the project execution group, or
in order to maintain long-term relationship with the customers.
•Provide
information to keep the sales prospects and marketing data base updated
We will structure a compensation plan based on experience. This opportunity will yield six-figure income.
Requirements; Qualifications / Experience
•BS
Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering with additional
Business or Marketing training / education, or equivalent experience in
the related field is required.
•At
least eight (8) years of sales / marketing experience required in water
and waste water treatment industry.
•The
position requires a professional that has been involved with "protracted
sales cycle" selling (12-18 month cycle)
•The
position requires global travel.

will help our sales efforts to evolve and grow. An energized person with
a "sleeves-rolled-up", cooperative approach.
Experience calling on accounts at the "C" level and a hunter mentality with passion and assertiveness will do well in this position. Analytical skills and experience selling complex tangible items are required. Having the ability to blend the energy of a sprinter (to hit the ground running for immediate impact) with the stamina of a distance runner best describes this position. Approximately 25% overnight travel will be required.
