The GMW Group is continually developing recruiting partnerships in the medical products industry and currently has relationships with companies like Johnson & Johnson, United States Surgical, Becton-Dickinson, Teleflex, Bard, Stryker, Zimmer and others for recruiting on a local and national basis.

The GMW Group's medical/surgical recruiting service area is the continental United States, with a concentration in the northeast and mid-west regions.   Because of successful partnerships and results medical/surgical companies engage GMW to recruit qualified candidates within specific regions. Description

Our surgical products business units manufacture and sell products for cardiovascular surgery, and other various types of specific surgical applications. Our product lines are used worldwide and lead the way in surgery management technology, and are among the most recognizable and well-respected brand names in the hospital environment. Our company's specialty divisions have a long history of innovation and provide products that enhance patient care. Recent introductions include products for use in vascular and cardiovascular surgical cases.

The primary responsibility will be sales and marketing management, developing and marketing products for surgery in the areas of surgical care and management, surgical medicine, cardiovascular surgery and advanced treatment. Responsibilities of this position are to achieve the:

*  financial target; product development - marketing assessment, market research, develop launch plan for new products, execution and tracking;
*  account management - maintain existing business, create new accounts, effective territory planning, establish account profile;
*  customer relationship management - customer in-service education and training, customer satisfaction survey, key opinion leaders development;
*  market information management - manage territory/account information. Travel 10%.
