The GMW Group is continually developing recruiting partnerships in the medical products industry and currently has relationships with companies like Johnson & Johnson, United States Surgical, Becton-Dickinson, Teleflex, Bard, Stryker, Zimmer and others for recruiting on a local and national basis.

The GMW Group's medical/surgical recruiting service area is the continental United States, with a concentration in the northeast and mid-west regions.   Because of successful partnerships and results medical/surgical companies engage GMW to recruit qualified candidates within specific regions. The GMW Group recruits on an ongoing basis for these national and international Medical companies, and the positions listed on this website are only a partial listing of current available opportunities.

Medical client companies request GMW to source, equally, candidates with medical/surgical sales experience or business-to-business sales representatives who have experience in a competitive sales environment.   It is recommended that qualified Sales applicants from all Sales disciplines enlist with GMW in order to be included in our database for retrieval.  Your enlistment will ensure that your candidacy and availability is considered for current positions or for positions that become available in the future. If you have documentable experience selling medical products, office automation or machines (copiers, faxes, computers), telecommunications products or services (wireless, directory sales, payroll services) healthcare insurance (HMO, PPO), or any product that requires an assertive approach and involves product demonstration, you are encouraged to contact one of our Account Managers or recruiters and/or forward a resume.

To qualify, you must:

*  Live in the mid-west (From Pennsylvania to Minnesota)
*  For career advancement, some positions may involve possible relocation (within the mid-west).
*  Have a four-year college degree.
*  Have at least 1-3 years of business-to-business sales experience (capital equipment preferred, ie: office automation, cellular communications, etc.).
*  Our positions sometimes require Operating Room sales experience so please email a resume if you have this experience
*  Have a documented successful sales track record.
*  Be able to work in an operating room environment.
*  Have a high energy "can do" attitude, personality and record of accomplishment!
